Citizens Trust Bank

Customer service is nonexistent. Never answers the phone, card continues not to function properly, everything about this institution is inconvenient and subpar.

They do not answer the phone, been on hold for nearly an hour in regards to issues with my checking account.

I have been with this bank I know for over 16 years. In November 2018 money was taken out of my account without my permission or knowledge. I went into the bank and made a dispute, ok I thought all was well. A couple of days passed, I got a phone call from Mr Jones out of Georgia asking me to get a police report, I asked why he, he said that the transactions used a pin #. Mr Jones nor anyone from the Birmingham Branch explaind to me that there was a 10 day grace period to resolve a dispute. Then another person from the Georgia discussed my account with my daughter which is a breach of confidentiality. Very unprofessional I would not recommend this Bank to anyone anymore. My case was closed, I didn't get anything resolved.

There is no direct number to the local location! I don’t like that! The staff has been friendly and cordial and professional!

Hard to contact this bank, very inconvenient but the staff are fairly friendly.
