I love JCPenney's! Great sales and even better deals if you use their charge card. Staff always friendly!

I have 0 balance on my card and it would not take it. The cashier was great.she called the number and helped me update it and it still would not work. I paidmy final bill twice as it is. The first time it did not give me credit and I paid in the store. So I mailed a payment. They got it cause my balance is zero. I will not ever use the credit card again.

It is still a nice store where you can shop. However, I liked it better many years ago when they had a larger variety of items like toys and sporting goods. Now their main line seems to be clothing.

Friendly associates very helpful and big selection of merchandise at reasonable prices. I do however wish they had a bigger selection of sale items for adults.

Nancy in jewelry was on it. She was a big help. Good selection and great prices.
