It was a pleasure working with Randy. He was extremely helpful and kind. He took time out of his day to get us started since we opted to do our flooring installation ourselves. He connected us with a great installer who did a fantastic job installing our carpet and left our home clean and ready to go. Randy saved us a lot of time and money and even delivered materials to us late in the evening. Great guy. I would gladly use Foote Bros again in the future, and have already suggested Foote Bros to multiple friends in the process of renovating their homes as well. Carpet One did a fantastic job putting Luxury Vinyl Tile in our entire house!! Mel was the installer and did a perfect job, we couldn’t have asked for a more polite or nice guy to work on our floors. He was so respectful of us and our home! Joe was our Sales person and came by several times to check for issues and to make sure we were satisfied, great Customer Service!!! I would recommend Carpet One to anyone who is getting ready to build or remodel, we have used them for years and have always been satisfied greatly!! Wonderful crew to do business with!!

I cannot be more excited about how my floors turned out. Mr. Joe Felix was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me during this whole process. I was so glad that I had him come out and look at my water damaged floor and the advice he gave me was really a lifesaver for me. It is really refreshing to have someone take the time to be nice and kind and lookout for a complete stranger who was really at a lose for what to do. I cannot really express in words how valuable Mr. Felix has been to me during this process. He went over and beyond and for that I am extremely grateful and will definitely seek his services again if I have any additional flooring needs!

Good price on vinyl plank. Rebecca did a nice job following me through every step of the process making sure everything was done correctly and on time. The installer (Tim) was on time, professional and friendly. He worked extremely hard to make sure everything was done right. I would use them again.
