We had the pleasure of having a new server. He was so personable and on his game. Best experience in a while. Food is always delicious and hot. The place was clean and everyone seemed happy to be there except for the manager...but I think he was just having a bad day. I get it.
I adored the hostess/waitress we had. She was very welcoming and kind, she had my sister and I smiling due to her nicknames. Thank you so much for a great experience. Food was great as always!
Hubs and I stopped for a late breakfast heading home after a weekend in Orange Beach. Arrived about 11 a.m. First thing we noticed was plenty of staff on board! A nice young man greeted us at the door, all employees were masked, and we were seated immediately (and they were pretty darn busy!).nIt was our waitress' (Jennifer) first day on the job, and her trainer, Lisa (Queene), was fantastic with her - so much so that I commented to her on her patience and kindness with her trainee (who did a fantastic job!).nThe food was very good (because we like Waffle House), came out quickly, coffee cups stayed filled, etc. The restroom was clean, too.nWe were in and out pretty quickly and it was a very pleasant experience. We will most likely make it a point to stop our next time through.
Very poor service. Spent forever waiting on drinks and menu. Finally just left without ever getting drinks or ordering. Had to get menus myself after being asked where we ready to order. Said we didn't have menu she wakes off sat at the bar and got on her phone. Definitely don't recommend this place
Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and sweet. Food was great and exactly how I ordered it. If I ever come back through that way I will definitely go back. Thanks everyone
