Citizens Baptist Medical Center

I no longer live in the Anniston area however, my family members trust this hospital for all of their needs. Staff are incredibly helpful, kind, and whole-hearted in what they do. Bless people who sacrifice their own health (and sometimes sanity hah!) to help others. This hospital is always clean and staff goes above and beyond. Thanks to everyone who works here.

I like to thank the Doctor's at citizens Baptist medical center/ for Performing a successful /Hernia surgery I just stopped by to say thanks and I feel alot better after all I was born in this country/ it's not roll tide it's war Eagle!!

I had to have an epidural for Spinal pain ( spinal stenosis) and Dr Lana and staff by far were the GREATEST IVE EVER EVER HAD THE PLASURE. TO HAVE AS MY ANASTELEGOSIST. ALSO MS. Faircloth ER dept is amazing . You'll never know the impact you have made in my life. I'm clean sober married to a man who truly cares for my well being. . Even through the bad give God the glory lessons in all we go througj!

Citizens Hospital in Talladega had wonderful service but a extremely incompetent billing department. I will never visit this hospital nor will anyone in my immediate family!nAvoid this hospital at all cost!nFirst, I call asking for the bill, the reason for no bill is due to they put my insurance information in as “older insurance”.nThen, they turn me over to collections and didn’t bill me.nThen, I call asking for the bill, again.nI spend at least 2 days a week talking to billing, they tell me the they made a mistake and will pull from collection...n3 weeks later, still in collections.nToday, I finally called and ask for a manager...nhope this works!nnOh, did I mention the lady that turns it into collections, work for the collection company!

My Dad was on the 3rd floor for a week. The staff was the best. They were very good with my dad, and they were very attentive to our needs. I don't think you will find a better staff anywhere.
