Only rated as 1 star because they don't provide a zero or negative. Went in to simply refill NONnarcotic medications. Yet, STILL couldn't get refills. Not sure the purpose of a clinic that can't write medications. Guess it's good to go there if you just need advice of somewhere else to go or just need your weight or blood pressure checked. Just not sure why they're open if they can't provide basic care or medical service. Won't go back.

Last time I visited was a couple of years ago now. I came in for sinuses and swab for flu and the NP wanted to do Ekg and other testing. I declined. Not sure how it escalated to that since he did not mention arrhythmia or other strange things when he listened to my chest. Anyway, I just felt like the goal may have been to pad the bill for my insurance, but it just didn't seem right. I mentioned that if he thought I needed it I would go to emergency room. I was 33 at the time. Fast forward to modern day and I find out that they have me in collections for $400+ dollars that were filed long after my last visit. Seems strange as I would have paid up front before I would have been seen on my final visit there. Lesson learned I suppose. Lot of great facilities and great Doctors around Oxford/Anniston, so please, just treat it like buying a car and shop around.

This is the second time I've been to this clinic. The front desk staff, triage staff, and lab technicians were all very kind and professional. It took a really long time for the provider to see me. I entered the facility on opening, 8 am, and was not seen by the provider until 10 am. I was number 4 back in the exam area. This is entirely too long to be waiting in an exam room, two hours. Other than that, the visit was a pleasant one. I'm really impressed with the support staff in this office.

I came here feeling really bad and chose this place because of the 15 minute rapid covid test. I’ve been waiting for those results for an hour and ten minutes. They didn’t bother to let me know that there were tests ahead of mine or that it would take any longer than I expected. I asked to leave and they can call me with the results and the not so friendly person sitting at a counter, said no because then my insurance would not pay for the test. This is not how I ever want to be treated again when I’m not feeling well.

I called yesterday and was told that I could walk in and get a rapid COVID test. I showed up today and the office lady acted like it was such an inconvenience to talk to me and without letting me finish speaking, told me that you have to come in and be put on a list and then return when they tell you to get the test done. I specifically asked yesterday if I needed to make an appointment or anything like that and the lady told me no, just walk in and they’ll take care of it. These people need to get their act together. Won’t ever return due to the disorganization and rudeness of the staff. Take your business elsewhere.
