Regional Medical Center

Would give a 0 but not an option!!!!! I’ve got a temp of 103.9!!!!! Wont go down and have taken tylonal and ibuprofen and goody powders today and it started at 102.7 so I called and only for a shot in the dark a guess what the wait time maybe is and the lady was Sooooooo rude and I said I literally live an hour away from the hospital and I am really sick and I just am trying to find out what direction I need to go to Anniston or Gadsden and she was just so rude

This hospital needs to be tore down or restaffed completely. As I hopped to the door on a cane bc I cant put much pressure on my leg, the guy and the woman in the front at like they didnt want to check my temperature. I had to ask twice for a wheel chair so I can get to where I needed to go. Then the woman up front brought me an broke wheelchair. I signed in and wait my turn. Everything else went pretty quick and good until i got done with all the test on my leg. 2 hrs after that..still no results. Ppl had left after my first test bc they was tooo slow. Now I seen what they meant. 3 hrs after my test and still no results ..then they had a shift change. Less employees. I asked the lil Anniston police officer that came in on his shift...can he find out how much longer until my results came back. He got smart and told me to wait. Since I was in alot of pain. I did the best thing and just left. I already hate cops and that rookie made it worse.

I cannot say enough nice things about this hospital. The whole experience was fantastic. Great, friendly, kind staff. Clean. The cafeteria is great, many options, and a grea variety for all ages. This hospital is simply amazing.

I want to give a special shout out to everyone from the Out Patient clinic, starting with the first lady at the entrance all the way through to Jessica and the GI Lab. Each doctor, nurse and hospital worker was very nice, helpful, and professional. Blessings to y'all. And many thanks for all you do.

Was there for four hours with my heart and they were not doing anything for me will never go there again!!! They have gotten so bad in service to the public
