I've had a problem concerning a defective valve that I purchased there.They furnished a 2nd valve which was also defective.nWhat is the probability of 2 bad valves?nI applaud Clay that was willing to issue a third valve which took care of the leakage.nI give a high recommendationnto Robertson Heating.

Came in with a part that came off a hot water heater sold by the big box chain that wouldn't sell replacement parts for what they sold me. After about 45 mins on the internet and phone contacting his suppliers for information on cross-referenced parts, the salesman realized he had one in stock. Had he not gone through the trouble, I would have had to wait over a week for online warehouses to ship it.nGreat service and friendly people!
