We are very pleased with the customer service at this location. The staff and management went above and beyond to help us make our purchase- including staying longer hours to accommodate our schedule. They really could not have been more friendly or helpful. Would highly recommend this location for all your flooring needs.

Do NOT buy From LL Flooring!!!! Go to Lowe’s or Home DepotnWe had LL Flooring install new luxury vinyl flooring thru-out the entire 1st floor. We loved it! It costs over $7,000 including installation. But, in one area, The edge of the vinyl flooring keeps breaking off, causing the planks to separate. It’s been over 16 mos and LL Flooring will NOT come and fix it. They keep stalling with every excuse including “we’ve been really busy”. Save yourself a lot of trouble and Go somewhere else to get new flooring!!!

The staff at the Parkersburg WV location is very knowledgeable and so friendly and helpful. Helped my husband and I figure all our needs out at an affordable cost to us!! We are very pleased with the outcome of our new home's flooring.
