I use the subway app to get the 2 footlongs for $10. I got there they were working on my order. Didn't have to wait long at all. Sandwiches were great
Spent the day with my girls and we went to Subway. The sandwiches were as ordered and the cookie desserts were and excellent way to end the day before picking up the Grandchildren from school. ud83dudc4dud83cudfffud83dudc4dud83cudfff
Each order gets worse using the app. They don’t follow your instructions at all. I asked for extra mayo and red wine vinegar and I got no mayo or vinegar at all.
The woman that waited on us was so friendly and nice yesterday that we went back today! I have not liked Subway in the past because the workers always make you feel like you're bothering them and it's too much to ask for specifics, but she did not act that way at all, she was very accommodating!!! She smiled, was patient, and even helped me with the subway app. She should be recognized for her friendliness and positive attitude!
One person working with store full of customers. Employee says its because subway isent doing very well and can't afford more staff. Spend money to make money and staff your store for customers needs and you will make money. Filling your pockets with $$$ while working staff to death and making customers wait is what is killing you business not the virus!
