Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I had a very poor experience with a very poorly spoken manager over the phone when trying to find out about an order.

My wife and I came here after an early 8 AM church service on this sunny Sunday. We arrived at 10:57, before this restaurant even opened. We slowly made our way towards the line from a handicap parking spot, being older and feeble. We waited as the line continued to move with others going inside, however the party of 2 in front of us were told there would be a 15 minute wait. 3 minutes after being open?! Not only were there about less than 20 people in front of us, but my wife and I had a 15 minute wait as well. Due to thinking it was the lack of employees due to COVID-19, more and more Olive Garden employees began to pull, cutting up, and laughing while coming inside the restaurant. Where is the punctuality and on-timeliness? It appears to be INVISIBLE. Needless to say, Olive Garden, you can cancel my name out, as my wife and I will find somewhere else to eat who will have their restaurant together. Not to mention they are out some of their regular menu items. BOO ud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

Had amazing service. Server was very attentive I dont remember her name but we sat in the first booth by the bar. And she was awesome

Food was delicious but too bad the service left alot to be desired and our waitress was MIA most of the time we were there.

This time I was very disappointed with the food and.especially the service. She was rude to my husband throughout the entire time we were there. She started out rude and continued thruout the meal. We have celebrated our anniversary there the last 5 years but will not be there next year. I was so disappointed, we usually have a desert, we were so unhappy..no desert..I took my meal home...too upset to eat. I left her a tip...not our usual 20%, only gave her $1.00.. I hope she thought over her attitude.For us it was a sad 41st anniversary dinner..
