A most disgusting experience. I was in last week, while I was in the back for testing, the trash bin under the counter was leaking and overflowing out the top. It had some sort of brown discharge running along the floor. The nurse who was working opened it up and it had needles in the trash, not in the sharps container. A disgusting biohazard!nMost of the staff was playing on phones or on facebook. The manager got into a shouting match with a customer and proceeded to curse in front of everyone. I don't think I will go back, especially after hearing the manager talk about the customers in the back. Very vulgar and disrespectful. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I feel that its medically an unsafe place to receive care. The one pregnant girl was nice though and seemed to be working very hard.

Over the phone, they were extremely rude. I don’t have insurance and was inquiring about the price of a check up and what not; and they literally laughed at my questions. Never felt so disrespected before, the worse part is the service in person is even worse. These people make it clear you are nothing to them, and they DONT CARE.

Every time we come to this place you have to wait outside even though there's no one in the lobby. Apparently these people are in the wrong profession! They should be in the Coward profession. I personally quit coming here after my visit here a couple of months ago but my wife prefers it because it's closer. I highly recommend going to the quick care in the Lakeview shopping center and stay away from this place!!

I can not say enough good things about the care my Grandson received here today. Tracie Dillinger was absolutely amazing while she was caring for my Grandson. She got him to laugh and took time to be kind, caring and very patient with him. 6 year olds aren't always the easiest patients and she was so caring and kind with him. I give her the highest praises for taking such amazing care of him today. She is a very special medical professional. Im thankful for those that take time like she did.
