Knowledgeable staff that was quick to offer assistance and tips. I recently got my first dog and they gave me all kinds of information, including a checklist of basic needs. They answered all my questions with more info than I would have expected. You can tell they really care about animals/products here. Since I was rescuing from a shelter, they even gave me a one time discount.nnThe toys are also very nicely priced. PetCo was charging $23 and Hollywood Feed was charging $10 for the exact same thing.nnWill definitely be going back here for all my dog needs.
