Simply can not recommend Krisers enough! Brad, along with all the employees I’ve ever encountered there, have been the best! Very friendly and informative people who know their stuff and treat you with respect. Will always go here!

Came in for a harness but couldn't find one small enough for our puppy. However, we spent some time checking out the store. Quality products & super friendly staff. Will definitely return here!

Go see Tim, the assistant manager, here! He is the best! He's never even met my dog and he was all about the absolute best for her. He gave me awesome food and treat suggestions and even gave me a bunch of samples when I mentioned switching my dog's food. This location is very well stocked and organized considering the size and every employee I've met here is all about dogs and the best products. I will for sure be a loyal customer here because of the selection and the rad hospitality from Tim.

I made an appointment to bring in my dogs for a bath last weekend. They were very nice and accommodating because it was last minute (same day appointment) I do want to say that.nHowever, when I picked up my dogs, their ears had not been cleaned. I asked if they had brushed their teeth and they said yes, but they still had food from a snack they'd eaten earlier. (I know plaque doesn't come off with a brush. Which is what they tried to tell me very condescendingly was the problem. It wasn't that.)nSo disappointed because I paid over $100 for this bad service. (It's not frugality. I spend a lot on my dogs)nI called to see if they could fix the problem and all they said was to come back to get their ears cleaned... I mean, I had ALREADY done that myself. The reason I took my dogs to get washed was BECAUSE I wanted them to be all clean.nI drove a long distance to take them. I wasn't going to waste another hour of my day just for an ear clean.nAnyway, very sad because other Kriser's have done a great job and the people are always super nice. (Not condescending and rude.)

Really love this location! The staff are so incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. They took care of my dog very well and left him looking fresh to deathnnThey have a large selection of toys/food/other products too if you need. Highly recommend and very convenient location right behind the Starbucks.
