I have an awful time trying to connect with a person in this bank. I live in north Texas and there is only one branch here, in Richardson, which is over 50 miles from my residence. I took me over an hour to speak to someonento simply find the address in Austin, which was not the address I needed tonmake my monthly payment. Although I have been a customer for many years, they are not willing to negotiate my interest rate or make any changes to my favor. I will not do business with this bank for future purchases.

Very frustrated with this banks inability to offer any method of payment for my loan other than mail in a check. I have not been to the post office since I can remember and do not plan on going any time soon. Oh sure, they will let you pay by phone check for a $15 fee. This is 2021. Please make an effort to come into the present and offer online payment of a loan. Or maybe I could just fax it to you. Hit me on my beeper when my payment is due!!!!nRidiculous.

Very helpful and welcoming staff, especially considering they were dealing with someone who was just opening a new account and didn't know where to begin!

I was hired to do a photo/video shoot by one of the contractors who built this building, but ended up being treated very poorly by the people at Pioneer Bank. I was just hired to do a job. Treating people with such disrespect is not acceptable. I won't ever do business with Pioneer Bank!
