Came into contact with someone covid positive. Showing symptoms. Called beforehand and was told to arrive before 3 and to be prepared to wait 2 hours. Drove from over an hour away with a newborn and 2 year old for the rapid test. Showed up at 2:35pm and they tried to turn me away. Ended up letting me stay in line only to wait an hour, get to the front of the line and get turned away for good because it’s “3:30”. Um, what? I was told on the phone if I showed up before 3, I would be tested. Was told to go to the actual clinic after they turned us away from the drive through line, which I did. EVERYONE inside was beyond rude and snarky. Save your time and go somewhere else. These people are beyond rude and don’t adhere to their operating hours or the information given over the phone.

Showed up 15 minutes before they opened to receive a Covid test along with several other people. We stood in line outside the door in plain site of the employees only for them to come to the door at exactly 8 to tell us that we had to go across the street because that’s where they were preforming tests today. PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR or be a decent person and come let us know!!!

Absolutely terrible. Unprofessional and very uneducated.nnLast year went there extremely sick, and they sent me home saying it was acid reflux. Come to find out I had pneumonia. Better off just driving to Campbellsville where you can hopefully have someone who's smart enough to do their job.

This is a great place quick and easy in and out. Great doctors the staff is the nicest.

I'll take my child to Glasgow next time. The only good thing I can say is that it is a very clean facility. That is all.
