Never shopped here. But, they take your packages that you pay for!!! Ordered a child gate on ebay. Somehow my package went to this place! I called UPS is how I found out. I called and informed the situation. Told them what the item is. Gave the tracking number EVERYTHING. Was told a manager would call me back. Never heard anything. So I called the next day asking. Was informed they dont have my package. Everything they got was theirs including what I described that was mine! I have the tracking number that shows should have been to my address. Also showing signed for by a rameriz at the front desk! I was told yes a rameriz works here but they don't have anything that is mine. I call BS! Now having to deal with ebay and PayPal to dispute this charge!
Good customer service, good prices
Very rude sales ladies!! I would think twice about going to this location. So many other places to find cute clothes in Abilene. If you can not be nice I will go elsewhere. Love the carters brand, have shopped the carters in Lubbock, Amarillo, Wichita falls, and many other locations with no problem. This location just needs a little extra help.
Love that they carry sizes for older kids now & fit my skinny kids so well!
I enjoy shopping at Carters! This store has the cutest clothes for kids! I have bought clothes there for my niece! The employees are friendly and helpful! I would recommend this store to anyone!
