Embarrassingly unprofessional.nWhat your experience would look like:nnThey will never answer the phone when you call, it will go to voicemail every time. THEY will call YOU to change an appointment time, you’ll fight to call them back for two days (because again no one answers the phone) and get no where. Finally 24 hours before the appointment time THEY changed, you’ll get ahold of someone and confirm your appointment. The appointment that THEY changed the time on, remember that. The following day they will call you an hour before your appointment to change the time AGAIN, which you obviously can’t answer because you’re at work/watching the kids/taking care of your own responsibilities in life. So you’ll miss the phone call. You’ll call back repeatedly and they still won’t answer, why would they? Leaving multiple voicemails as you normally do with that same results. Since you failed to do your job as the patient, the office will close. Your doctor will leave the office BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME THAT THEY CHANGED.nnYou’ll then be forced to physically show up at their office (during Covid so everything is online) to try and figure out what’s going on. Then you’ll be greeted with disrespect and accusations that you are a liar by the only receptionist left there. Why are you a liar? Well, they will claim you didn’t call to confirm because clearly the situation is your fault. Even though you have proof on your phone that you called and spoke to someone? Clearly you’re mistaken. Even when you left multiple voicemails? They don’t listen to those, that’s not their job. You'll be told that since you can’t remember the exact name of the person you spoke you via phone(after 17 phone calls and voicemails to get one answer) you are clearly wrong and a liar.nnThis is your fault, it obviously can’t be theirs. After a long hard day and a painful amount of frustration, you’ll then be forced to alter YOUR schedule for THEIR lack of organization, consideration, professionalism and integrity all together. But don’t forget, it’s your fault. You’ll probably get charged for a late fee too, so be prepared to cough that up for being such an inconsiderate and irresponsible patient. You’ll never forget your experiences here, you can be sure of that.

They made my daughter walk on a broken foot foot for 9 days and lied to me to and told me that they took her to get ax rays and it didn't show anything... But when I got her home and she took her shoes and socks off her foot was so black and blue and swollen that it looked someone had just ran over it...

They are the best most understanding people I've ever dealt with. Very openminded , very on top of their game (professionalism). Services are available to those that need and in most cases request it. Thank You Oceans Staff!

The clinic is a joke. I have called the main number left messages with my name and number also stating what I needed. It says we will call back within 24 hours. It’s been a week since I called, and over 24 hours on another call. Good thing it’s not something I need from my doctor cuz I’d be screwed.nnAnd the inpatient there yeah you don’t want to get me started I will never be back in there.nnThe only good thing at Oceans is their IOP program.

The nurses don’t listen to you. The ones at night do. Not the ones in the day time. I felt it wasnt a therapeutic environment. I did like the therapist and made good friends.
