I’d bought a pair of shoes as a gift from the tanger outlet location that unfortunately didn’t fit I was advised by the wonderful people there to go to this location since they had the size I needed. Immediately upon walking in the manager Kristin who couldn’t even be bothered to say hello snatched my bag to “hold up front” for the exchange that mind you was PAID for! I’d seen previous reviews about feeling profiled but won’t say more on the issue. I had every intention on spending more money as they had a much better selection on nicer shoes but I exchanged and got the hell out of there. Unexceptional behavior on the managers behalf but the other employees at check out seemed professional and kind mannered at least.
Highly recommend!!! ***** 5 stars!nI know nothing about sports but needed some shoes. Bobby was so helpful and knowledgeable about athletic shoes, taking the time to help me understand what to look for, showing me those products, helping me determine the proper size and letting me know about the current sales and extra discounts. This is my shoe store of choice. Always great customer service and a clean environment!
Staff quick to help. Reasonable prices. Store is clean and great selection. Plenty of seating to try on shoes while maintaining social distance.

This was the first time I've ever been in this store and I loved it I will always go back I needed some shoes for work because I'm on my feet up to 12 hours a day they had Skechers at buy one get one 1/2 off and they said they do that every Wednesday prices are excellent and the service was great
