I have issue with boots fitting my calfs are very large. Garrett was extremely pleasant and help to a older customer looking to purchase slip on boots. VERY HAPPY with the professionalism and courteous demeanor Garrett had in helping me. Amazing service and store

Went to the Keller location today to redeem my save $30.00 coupon. After waiting for thirty minutes for the store to open, had to leave to run other errands. I’ve gone to this location many times with no issues but some things just change. So sad.
This Redwing store used to be awesome. The owners provided excellent customer service. My husband buts a pair of work shoes about every 6 months so they kept a pair in stocks. This allowed us to make a purchase at the ladt minute and walk out with the new oair of shoes. New owners no new shoes until you pay for them and wait for them to arrive at the store.....that means 2 trips to the store and your money is held hostage with no new shoes until they arrive at the store. Not a very good way for a brick & mortar store to do business.....we can go online for that type of service!
