UPDATE! I have been a very faithful and loyal customer to the store for many years. I am sad that the owners are choosing to not give out more coupons like they used to.nI get many coupons from other stores I still choose to visit the store. Moving forward I will seek other options. I feel like given the amount of money I spend they should at least give my coupons like the other pet stores do. If it weren’t for the people in this place we wouldn’t make the drive. Price matching, superior inventory plus my dogs get lots of love! Worth going for!! New location at Bailey Boswell is excellent as well!

Due to the mini snow storm, no stores have been able to get bugs for their reptiles. I was stressing to find bugs for my chameleon. I go In there and they are very helpful with me finding the bugs. When I was ready to check out, the GM (I’m assuming it was the GM) he told me to just take them. First time here and already got me hooked. Thank you so much, you’ve helped me more then you know!

Nice little store, not alot of inventory. Went to look for a dog cot but they didn't have any availible. Better for specialty pet needs.

The staff is always so friendly and patient. I always seem to have trouble ordering online (corporate ran) but the staff does their best to make it right. I wish the parent company would get with the program! To the folks at the store, thanks for consistently good service y'all!
