My review is for Mary Ann, the lady that adopts out the cats!nnMy husband and I were looking to adopt a sweet cat named Mercury. We contacted Mary Ann a few times and stayed in constant contact with her. We visited mercury a few times as well, even took our kids to see him.nnOur initial conversation with Mary Ann took place on Wednesday, April 7, she asked if we had any other pets in the home and if they were neutered. We let her know that we do have a male cat a little over a year old and have him scheduled to be neutered for that upcoming Saturday, April 10. She said we could not adopt mercury until our male cat was neutered, so call back MONDAY, because she does not work weekends.nnWe call Mary Ann today to see about meeting before 3 so we can take him home before the kids get out of school. As usual, she doesn't answer phone calls, so we sent a text. She calls back to tell us that she ADOPTED HIM OUT YESTERDAY!!!! ON A SUNDAY!!! She knew we wanted to adopt him and chose to adopt him out to another family right underneath us! We are so upset! Now we have to explain to our children that we can't get mercury. She suggested that we adopt his brother, who we had not even met and who is all the way in Mansfield.nnThis was an extremely horrible first experience with trying to adopt a cat. I will NEVER adopt a cat that has Mary Ann's name attached to itnnABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!nnI do hope that Mercury went to a loving home, he was such a sweet cat.

We do most all of our shopping there for our 3 dogs. The prices are great and they are so helpful and kind. I will continue to go there.

I was unable to locate a prescription dog food - Metabolic. An employee was very helpful in assisting me. Great Service.
