Great staff with knowledge of what we needed. We went in for a new beta fish and they had plenty to choose from. The fish they had in stock were actually healthy and vibrant. I've been to some of the competition for the same needs and we were highly disappointed. Pet supplies was stocked with everything we needed and they even helped with carrying out our bigger items. Great shop.
Hands down the best pet store I've ever used! The people there are always so friendly, sweet, and accommodating. The delivery service is so great for when I can't make it in for food and supplies.
My new favorite store. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and they’re all super friendly. Great dog wash facilities and grooming too.
I was looking for a new groomer for my dog. Thought I would try this place since it was so close to home. The staff is very nice, but they did a horrible job grooming my dog. Didn’t even look like they shampooed her. The clipping around her head and ears was uneven and she looked stringy. I had to ask them to redo and they butchered my dog. I’ll never go back.
Staff is so sweet and always ready to lend a hand! I love the Hurst location, and this one is less than a minute from my job! Will definitely be back to get more goodies for my pup!
