I hate to be the person to give 1 star during a global pandemic, but never again will I purchase another product from this company. I placed my order early business hours of 3/31 to update my toddlers spring and summer wardrobe. There was a note that says due to covid-19, expect 5-7 business days for the products to ship, understandable? On 4/9 (8 business days) there was still no update on order status. 4/10 i attempted to call customer service where i sat on hold for over 30 minutes to no avail so i chose the option to leave a callback number to be called back when able. As you can anticipate by this review, that call back was never made. The products finally shipped the following day of 4/11 with an estimated delivery date of 4/16. Its currently 4/18 and my order has not arrived with no update. This, is not understandable nor acceptable. As i write this review, i have been on hold for one hour 7 minutes and counting with no signs of being answered.

Great place to shop for kids clothes. Amy is very good.

I’m not sure why they felt the need to put toys at the front desk with shelves low enough for babies and toddlers. It’s frustrating trying to check out with your child screaming because you won’t buy them overpriced toys. If I want to buy something for my kids it’s up to me- I don’t want to feel obligated every time I go in there.

I love shopping in the store vs online. Love there's one down the road from me. You can find decent priced things!
