Great experience here this morning! Needed new shoes after putting too many miles on my old ones. They measured me and recommended a few great pairs. Very happy with the service and my new shoes. Will definitely be back!

There was some confusion with an on line order I placed - so there was a delay in my order. My shoes were delayed and I was scheduled to go out of town. When the shoes came in - Karen delivered them to my house with a lovely handwritten apology note. That’s what I call great customer service! I won’t hesitate to make another purchase.n.

Tristate is one of my favorite local stores. They cater to a multitude of customers, not just runners. I've had family members pick up different types of footwear as well.nnUltimately, great store, great staff, and great running groups!

I was told to go to Tri State company for inserts or they could help me out w a good shoe and answer any questions.nI walked in to the store, was approached w a hi. I said hi back and nothing else was said. I said I was sent here to get help w my high arch and wanted some good advice on shoes.nI requested a pair of shoes in two sizes 7.5 and 8, the lady (Corina) handed me a 8.5. I said that’s a 8.5 I need a 7.5 or 8. She gave the shoe back and said that’s an 8.5 and I said yes I need a 7.5 or 8. She quickly said you requested an 8 or 8.5.nI’ve never worn a 8.5 so not sure why I would have requested a 8.5.nSo then she came back w a 7.5 in a completely different shoe and stood there w her arms crossed. Never once help me w any questions.nI read the reviews before going to the store and was excited to get a new pair of walking shoes which I did purchase, that are very comfortable.nnI did NOT get the service that others raved about. I hope there are cameras and that a store manager will review her actions.nnI will return the shoes and go to another store. The more I thought about the attitude I received and the money I spent I decided maybe someone else would actually work w me and give me the service I am looking for to buy the shoes that I need for my feet.

Just left this store with some great fitting shoes. The employees are extremely knowledgeable about the shoes and were able to anticipate exactly what kind of shoe my foot would need. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the great experience.
