My daughter really wanted some shoes today and the atmosphere of the store made us walk out. If you're working in a customer service job, then do it. There were four associates posted in front of the store chatting away and laughing until me and my family walked in. I made eye contact with every single one of them and they did not speak or offer any type of assistance, right after I walked in a Caucasian woman walked in behind me and one of them said hello to her and offered her assistance. I immediately turned to my daughter and said let's go and when she asked why I said because they're rude for not speaking and offering us any help, but speak to the lady that walked in behind us...
