Petland Florence

All my Bird come from Petland . They do a great job with taming the birds . The workers do a great job with all of the animals.nAnd definitely needs to stay that way.nI have had my birds for several months now. They are very healthy and sweet as can be. They hang outside there cage and will come fly to me for attention. They are absolutely amazing.

I didn't hate it, as I've gotten two beautiful pets from them yrs ago. Its just that I haven't been here yet, but have emailed them online, but did not get a response, and im looking for a specific puppy they have. Once I get inside, & get a response, I will review again.

One star should deserve one word: Awful. Dirty living spaces for the animals, dead fish floating in tanks, sickly puppies, outrageous prices. Take your business to reputable breeders and shops, otherwise you'll face nothing but disappointment here. I won't be back. I pray for all the animals in your care and hope they find peace.

Bought 2 bunnies one from Florence and another from Fairfield. Both dead within 7-10 days. No refunds. Nothing! Don’t buy from these cruel places.

Fell for the trick. Came in and fell in love with a beautiful puppy. When i was in the process of buying her, I was told of all these “items” that were included with her. Upon looking at the receipt, I was charged almost $200 on items(crate,puppy starter kit) I didn’t need and was TOLD that was included with the pup, never said that it wasn’t part of the actual price of the puppy. They wouldn’t even let me return any of it. They have a 7 day health warranty for the puppies, you have to take them to a specific vet all the way in West Chester within 7 days and if anything is wrong, They apparently pay for it. I wouldn’t know cause the vet didn’t have any openings til almost the MIDDLE of NOVEMBER. That’s insane. Of course the puppy was sick, she had giardia. Was able to get a appointment a day after we got her with my vet and vet bill was almost $200! But apparently since I didn’t go to the specific vet all the way in west Chester that (let me remind you)didn’t have any openings for almost THREE weeks. The solution number that was included in the paper work said they wouldn’t reimburse me any of the bill cause I didn’t go to the specific vet and that I should have called them before I went and extended the 7 day vet warranty. That’s insane. What was I suppose to do? Wait around 3 weeks with a sick puppy and have her suffer? You all should be ashamed of yourself.
