Tremaine D was such a good sales associate!! I couldn't decide which pair of shoes to get for my little brother, and I'm happy he was there to help me make the right decision. I loved the shoes I got my brother. Loved Tremaine's energy. He was pretty cool!
Helpful staff nice clean store pricey
I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE EITHER IN PERSON OR ONLINE...... MY BROTHER WON A RAFFLE THEY SOLD HIS SHOE TO A FRIEND SO THE MANAGER COULD MAKE MONEY OFF OF IT THIS IS THE WACO,TX STORE THE ONLINE TOOK $246 OUT FOR A SHOE I COULDNT CHECK OUT ON NOW THEY HAVE A AUTHORIZATION HOLD ON MY MONEY FOR NO REASON AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM ARE RUDE AND WONT LET U FINISH A SENTENCE BEFORE THEY START INTERUPTING THIS PLACE SUCKS AND I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN FOR ANY REASON AND I SUGGEST OTHER PEOPLE TO STOP GOING HERE AS WELL
I know it'll surprise you but if you need shoes they can hook you up with some..... for a price so dont expect to be getting some free shoes
Experience wasn't to great to begin with, but there was a good selection of men shoes. Card payment machine was down. The customer service was ok but not the best but couldve been worse. Must say at the very end the GM was there and he took care of the situation.Definitely left with a smile and glad he stepped in an made the experience better.
