Regina the manager was extremely rude. Refused a refund of unworn shoes due to a small piece of dirt on the bottom, claiming that made them unable to return. I’ve contacted corporate. In the meanwhile, I’ll never go back here. Much better options available.nnUpdate: got them returned at another location, which I think highlights the absurdity here. What happened to “the customer is always right “? Strange how hard of a stand a manager would take against a small return?
It was good dint have the shoe size I wanted in stick but was offered to order it if I wanted to but I went with another shoe instead the ladies up there were very helpful well go back again
They were very helpful and courteous. I am glad I visited the store today. I bought a cute pair of vans. :)
