I got my red tail shark here. So far he appears happy and healthy. The gentleman who sold him to be was very knowledgeable, and I am glad he asked how big my tank is. So many people don't realize how big they will get. He obviously has a concern for the fish and their well being.
Usually have what I need. Well stocked, store is clean. Most of the time the staff is really friendly, but today right at opening I went in and Laura looked like she hated her existence working at that store. No greeting when I walked up, no smile, pretty much glared at me. I don't know what's going on, but I hope whatever it is it gets better for her. The receipt for my purchase printed, and she went right to looking at her phone and I actually had to ask for a receipt before she gave it to me. No goodbye, needs to review training in customer service. I used to be a retail manager, and if I saw that I would be frustrated with her. I get it people don't like morning shift, but would you rather have a job or no job?
The groomers do a decent job, however, they close randomly and don’t inform those with an appointment. I confirmed my appointment and even called the store to make sure they were open after the ice storm. Drove over there and the doors were locked with a sign on the door that they left early. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! They text you to “respectfully” give a 24 hour notice if you can’t make your appointment but don’t do the same for you.
Great experience. Found exactly what I was looking for. When I went to check our Lynette helped me. She matched their online prices with no problem at all and helped me sign up for the my pal rewards. Thank you Lynette will definitely be coming back to the Waco petco.
This store is always clean and organized. The staff is helpful with any questions you may have. Good prices too. Recommend
