Amazing store! This ma and pop store is amazing! The selection is limited but they are hoping to increase their size. I bet it'll be a bigger hit than Critters! Very friendly staff too! Highly recommend!
My family and I are exotic animal freaks and have a collection ourselves and I happened to be in the area for work and I came across this shop and had to stop and check it out. While it is a small shop the selection of reptiles and exotic mammals was huge and not what you would find in your everyday small or chain pet stores. All critters looked extremely healthy and happy and my family and I will definitely be making the hour plus trip from home when we're ready to expand our collection.
This store has beautiful animals and helpful staff! I would recommend this place over and over compared to other local and retail pet stores! Nothing beats an owner who cares about the well being of his animals and customers.
I absolutely love heart of Texas pets and exotics they're an amazing group of people they treat their animals nicely it's clean it smells nice I recommend everybody to go to heart of Texas
