I wish I could give zero stars. Do not go here if you have United Health Care. Since changing over to Blue Rock Neurological, they are having billing problems with this insurance provider. They are listed as an in-network provider, but have been billing with an old out-of-network ID number. The billing department knows of the issue, but hasn't found a resolution. After they resubmitted my claim with the wrong ID 4 times, UHC contacted them and couldn't come to a resolution. The "debt" was then sold to a collection agency. Maybe this will be fixed eventually. For now, stay far far away.

I started going here about 6 years ago dr Vincent I have seizures She kept adding more and more prescriptions until I was on 4 taking 20 pills a day and surgery for a vns device to top it off The thing that bothers me the most is when you call the office for a week or longer trying to get the dr to call back It's not the dr it's the lazy receptionist that they have working there she needs to be replaced with someone else younger more engaged Don't get me wrong I like doctor kendra My issue is with the laziness of the receptionist again and again
