I was at Cincinnati Airport and I had about 3 hours to kill. Due to COVID 19 most of the places were closed and I didn't want fast food. I saw the Escape Lounge for the first time. I went in and JaBati was very nice and he explained to me it was free for Amex Platinum members but for a small fee I could eat and drink. I sat in a very comfortable chair with my own private section, I have a charging station and my small talk. I got to enjoy Salmon and a nice Pineapple alcoholic drink. JaBavi was very courteous and he didn't treat me any different from the customer that were Amex members. It was a very pleasant experience and I do plan to stop by in my next trip. Thank you

The Escape Lounge at CVG Airport was amazing! The food and drinks were fantastic. JaBari made sure we had the first class experience and the service was great. It was great to relax in peace before the flight. I can't wait to go back before my next flight!

I’ve never been inside the escape lounge at the Cincinnati airport but I’m glad I did!nnI walked in and immediately was greeted by the wonderful staff here.nnJaBari the head staff member made sure all of my needs were met. He was very attentive from the minute I walked in.nnI typically don’t leave reviews but this man deserves recognition.nnThe food was probably the best airport food I’ve ever had the pleasure of having and I travel every week.nnI even left my jacket hanging over the top of my chair and he returned it to me 10 gates past where the lounge was located.nnI can’t wait to come back!nnThanks JaBari

We visited the escape for the first time today. Percy the general manager did a great job explaining how the lounge provided a different experience than most restaurants and it was a very unique experience that I would recommend. Percy provided EXCELLENT service (which is very rare these days) and made our experience very enjoyable.
