I ordered my food at 6:00 to be delivered to my hotel room. It was supposed to be picked up by door dash by 6:30, and delivered to me by 7:15. By 7:38 I had to go to the restaurant MYSELF and pick up my COLD food for me and my 3 kids who had just traveled 8 hours to get here! The manager was no help, and didn’t offer me a refund of any sort. I’ve never seen such poor service!

Always enjoy our time here. Food and service is always perfect. If order isn't right they make it priority to get it to you fast and correct. Very friendly servers.

I called O'Charley's because my wife and I have always enjoyed the food and service and today was our anniversary.nBoy what a situation makes. Your menu does not have what it says, you should make a current one. Your side's are not all there. But the big thing is when I placed my order, I ask the total cost and was told 24.32. I ask for a desert and got 2 pieces of pie which took it up to 34.00. That was fine and I said I would be there to pick it up at 5:00. It was 3:30 at the time.nI got there at 4:39, called to let them know I was there. At 4:55 A young lady came out and said they did not understand the order. After going over it, she said it was fine and would be ready shortly. When she brought the order back out, I was presented with a check for 54.34. SHOCK, they had charged for 2 full racks of ribs and it should have been for 2 half racks. She said you did not sell the half rack just full. I said fine just make it 1 full rack and she said fine. After 20 minutes she brought it out and I paid for it.nThe next SHOCK came when I got home and opened the boxes. The whole rack was divided into 2 dinners, which was fine, except the where only 3 ribs in each dinner. A whole rack is only 6 ribs? I should have went to Kroger and got the whole thing for 20.00nNot going back. I learned a lesson.
