Did not like the music. We are half of our food and brought the rest home.
Whoever was preparing our dishes has never eaten at a Smokey Bones not has even seen a picture of one of the dishes. We had dishes prepared that were fundamentally wrong. Considering the cost of the meal, I would have expected much more. This has been one of our ”go to” restaurants for a nice, casual meal. If this location cannot have a trained cook during the Friday night rush, they will not have to worry about future reviews from me.
I had the best experience at this restaurant today. Mostly because of our waitress Samantha. She was by far one of the best waitress I have ever had. Not only was she knowledgeable, attentive but she was super friendly and kind. The food was also good. So many companies forget about the service part!! Samantha was amazing!!
Anytime we're in Florence we make a point to try to stop in here. The barbecue and the service are both worthy of stopping by for. The pulled pork was a bit salty for my taste, but good with the sauce. The ribs and chicken however are excellent. If you're a fan of barbecue this place should definitely be on your list.
Alisha Ray was our server and she did an excellent job! She was friendly and courteous amid all this pandemic. She always checked on us to make sure we enjoyed our dinner and we will definitely be back and ask for her!
