Went went my family shortly after eat-in dining restarted. Very few people which made me sad. Anyway, we were treated very well. Service and food were good. And they made the extra effort to make sure my autistic son got a drink he would enjoy.

BJ's is a nice place to walk into, it styles up to going into a cheesecake factory or pf chang's but with a steak and ribs atmosphere. It's menu is thick with honestly too many good options. What surprised me was the quality of the beef, it was just okay. I wasn't disappointed but not wowed by the taste and flavored the way I would enjoy it.
I understand why they don't hand out menus. It's because they carry germs, fine. I asked for a paper menu when we were seated because my 75 year old sister can't look on her phone. We were told that we would have to ask our server for one. There was four to five people standing around at the hostess stand talking while we waited for a server for close to five minutes. That's not a long time to wait but there was hardly anyone in there. We could have been looking at a menu, but no, the waiter had to retrieve the paper menu which was right next to the hostess stand. It just gave me a really bad vibe. The food is overpriced but normally good. I was too upset to wait this time. We left, probably won't go back. Restaurants in Florence are just pitiful nowadays.
Clean, yummy, fast and friendly service. Had the pork chop with mashed potatoes and green beans. Chips and guacamole were fantastic too. Jeremiah Red taste really good too.
