PNC Bank

I am going to stop banking with pnc. I only needed one thing and they couldn’t provide me with it.

It's a Saturday. One drive through window. I've been here since 10:53. Its 11:19, and they are working with the 2nd car ahead of me. This is ridiculous. I get there is a virus, but not sure why they cant have 2 windows open at drive through.

ATM hardly ever works. Called to speak to someone about an overdraft charge on my account and she transferred me to the PNC phone number and I thought that was very impersonal. Not to mention my husband and I felt racially profiled when we went there to deposit a check and the teller seemed off and seemed like she didn’t want to help. So we went to a different bank. Unfortunately this is the closest branch to me since moving but I will call and travel back to my original cold spring branch for great customer service.

The manager couldn’t help me with any of my issues, seemed to be irritated that i was even at the branch. I will never go back.

I stopped in to ask about online banking and spoke with the manager, Alissa. She was rude and very unhelpful.
