This place has almost everything you need for your pet. People are professional and very helpful. You can just go by and see the bunnies and feel good about the place.
I'm not from the area but it was recommended for what I was looking for. Let me tell you. They have so much and for such great prices!!! I browsed around looking at all the animals before I remembered why I went in the 1st place lol All the workers were extremely helpful and kind. I'll definitely be going back!!!
The employees are helpful right when you walk in. Very good customer service I purchased 2 parakeets from here and its easy to pick up bird food when I need to resupply.
I loved watching a the animals it super clean and they are very courteous.
Great prices, great people and an overall great place but I wish they took better care of their birds. After seeing all the great reviews I decided to go and get a bird from there and found that the cages they kept them in were too small, they fed them improperly, and treated them poorly. Because the birds they sold were not tamed they reached in, grabbed them and stuffed them in a tiny bag. Not only is this a stressful experience for the bird but it also makes taming the bird harder because of trauma and bad association with hands, which can cause the people who buy them to neglect then if they are not patient with them. To this day 2 months after I bought my bird he still gets scared and tries to bite me when I put my hand near him. And the improper diet makes it harder for the bird to eat the food that's good for them and because they do not know they are feeding the bird badly they tell their customers to feed them the same thing. I do wish that at a place as popular as moreno's they would do research on how to take care of their birds right so that the birds can live a long good life. For reference on how important a good lifestyle is for birds a parakeet can live up to 10 years but when taken care of the way moreno's dose it will not live past 5.
