I happened upon this store out of a need for help with my weed trimmer. Claire came to my rescue and fixed it right up! She was awesome! I'm so happy to have found this store, it is so much more than small engine related things. They have an excellent variety of outdoor gear! Totally looking forward to continued shopping with them. Find another place to have your ATV serviced. These guys did a thorough inspection of a used ATV I purchased then made recommendations as to what needed to be done. We all agreed in writing to limit the repairs to $1000 but when I received the invoice it was $1400. I agreed to pay the full $1400 but said it wasn't right and I would post a poor rating, they said they would deduct $200 if that would make me happy.nAfter receiving my ATV and riding it less than 300 yards it stopped and will not start. They also replaced the rear wheel bearing and this thing makes a loud clunking worse than when I brought it in. I said I would not leave a rating but after this how could I not? Nothing they say will fix my opinion of Homer Saw and Cycle (or my ATV) and I would simply choose another service provider.

Very poor customer service and very rude. I will gladly buy all my Stihl products up the road.
