I had help from an associate to find the dog food, however, the info they gave me showed a lower calorie fresh food which I read when I got home. I do think Petco has a good selection of higher standards in pet food which I'm always looking for. Thank you for having stores close by and having knowledgeable staff.
I receive my 20% discount via email, yet wifi doesn't work for me to use in your store. When I print it out, I am told not all the bar codes are not available to scan. There should be some back up system to accommodate your loyal customers. Not to mention the cashier (I believe the same one last 2 times I was in) was more interested in chatting with the grooming intake than to stand at her register making me wait for her to finish her conversation. There is a small business around the corner that I think will start to give my business to.
Visit was fine store could have been cleaner, it a pet store. Found what I needed, got ready to check out my husband and I stood around in line for 15min. Other then that its always good service.
The store was not organized! Boxes in the way, shelves not stocked. A horrible smell near the fish stuff.... A couple of blind leopard geckos, which the clerk knew nothing about, poor lizards.... No teething treats to speak of, even after help from the 12yr old running the register! Pathetic excuse for a staff. Animals health and we'll being is at stake here and this is the best you can do? Go somewhere else......
All the employees are extremely helpful and always so kind! I love the savings and will always choose Petco over any other pet store!
