I had not been for a while and went to have lunch for my birthday. They welcomed me with a happy birthday greeting on the COVID instruction chalkboard at the entrance, and it just got better. The restaurant is extremely clean and their COVID protocol is A+. The food was fantastic, as was the service. Looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend to all.

Amazing service, the ladies were super helpful and took their time explaining the menu, being our first time. The flavors were awesome; although a bit pricey they obviously cater to a certain crowd. Will definitely return to taste more of their options.

Very good restaurant, the Chinese foods are tasty and good service. The restaurant is very clean during COVID-19, they sanitized your hands, cloths and shoes before you enter the restaurant and mask required. The big menu is in front of the table you can read the menu very easily and the big menu can separate tables between that can provide enough social distances. They care customers and they will ask you whether the foods are good. During COVID-19 their service quality is on the top ranking. I am very enjoying foods in here.

Food is a bit above average but the main course prices are difficult to justify, staff has a widely known reputation for being very friendly but are dismissive when they make an error... I ordered several takeout items and one was incorrect yet G&F would not remove the item from my bill. Unfortunately I’ll have to issue a chargeback with my credit card company.nnThis is not the first time this has happened and it’s an unfortunate way to lose a long time customer over $7.

I want to start off by saying that I have never left a review on a business because I would not want to be the reason that the business loses money but in this case particular I feel like I was obligated to let people know so they can see if they still want to dine here after hearing my story.To start off I’ll tell you how everything took place. First I set my reservation( on November 1) for my birthday dinner to be on November 14 which is on a Friday. I let her know that I was really interested and I was going to have about 21 people and Mary approved. The two ladies that plays a role in my story is Mary and Laura. I called multiple time after setting that reservation to ask for small details. For example I called and asked if it was okay for me to bring decorations, cake etc. Mary informed me that I will need to have a dinner plan for my party to let them know what my friends were going to eat so the kitchen doesn’t shut down due to the large amount of people I am having. I agreed and started reaching out to friends and family to get the dinner plan like she asked me. After that day I have not received any phone calls from anyone that in Ginger and fork. November 12 came around and I got a call at 4:30 from the manager Laura. She was ask me to give her a call back because Their been a minor changes to my reservation. I didn’t think big of this because I just thought that maybe the tables can’t be as close as I wanted them to(which Mary Informed me of ). I gave them a call back and let them know that I received the message and was just about to call them. Mary answered and proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t know if I’m coming (even though I called the restaurant several time to make sure I am good)nshe wants me to pay $500 cause that’s within their policy ( a policy I couldn’t find on their website and she couldn’t provide to me ) and she wants my dinner all plans( which was understandable). I question her about the money and why wasn’t this amount brought up to me in the beginning before I sent my reservation. She blamed the entire situation on me and said it’s because of my lack of knowledge that this is happening right now. She wasn’t sure who she was talking to( though I told her my name multiple times) and she proceeded to make up lies that never occur. She also told me to find somewhere else to eat and strongly hinted that the reason I’m having a problem with this is cause I couldn’t afford $500.Which I told her wasn’t the case at all if she would have been upfront about the price in the beginning I would have paid it in full but because this was never stated in the beginning and now it’s one day before my dinner I feel like she’s abusing her power to force me to pay Especially knowing that I have such a large party and it will be close to impossible to find another restaurant that could take all of us in at such a late time.I did end up hanging up on Mary because now Time is of the essence and I need to find a new restaurant within the next hours because it’s extremely to late to cancel now. Thank god I was able to find a extremely better restaurant(highly recommend P.F. Chang’s) with amazing costumer service. I decided to take this up with Laura because at the time she was a manager and I explain to her the situation and she basically sided with her employee’s behave and was extremely disrespectful. Mary was nice in the beginning(when I was setting my reservation but after that she was extremely rude). I honestly believe all of this could’ve been resolved if Mary explained why the inconvenience , and Laura actually did her job as a manger and held her employee accountable for their actions. I wanted to call cooperate but sadly they don’t have one. I’m guessing that’s why their employee talks to costumers anyhow because they know their will be no discipline for their action. Which is extremely sad because I choose this place because of the amazing reviews it has,but I’m starting to question if these reviews are even real costumers. In conclusion, DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION OF GINGER AND FORK. -1000/10.
