Man this store will do what it takes to make you happy. I had awesome customer service. I had just recently came in to buy some Tuff Toe. Upon entering, I had saw the manager Paul Tate, helping multiple customers all at the same time with courtesy and kindness. He never showed stress and was quick moving as well as ready to answer any questions the other customers had. He had equally balanced great customer service for everyone in the store while also being the only one there (he was short staffed). This man is a beast and I hope that Red Wing recognizes how impactful he could be for their brand higher up in the company.
These guys are the bomb. Randy Mulvaney and manager Paul Tate will do anything and everything to assist you, including special orders to get you just what you need. They are knowledgeable, professional and kind. Highly recommend!
This dude is so freaking awesome brought my brother Here for the first time OMG had a blast. Gave us first class service been coming this location for 10 years love it such great service every time juggling 3 of us and still nailed it. Thank you brother for a blast. Keep up the great job.
