Sales lady was very very pleasant very nice very helpful she found a shoe that I couldn't find and even asked one of the other associates to go to the back and see if they could find it back there and of course they found it I am very pleased with the service.
Nice place to shop. They have a wide variety of shoes for everyone. Parking is ok, it's clean and checkout moves pretty quickly.
Ordered shoes for pickup bc DSW advertised two hour pickup. My husband was supposed to walk in after work and grab the shoes. Not only did they not have the order ready, but they didn't even have the size shoes as advertised that I had already paid for. They took my money for something that wasn’t even there. Worker was friendly, but manager hung up on me when I tried to call to confirm order and played on her phone when there was a huge line of customers.
Dsw is an hour away they don’t have the product I need in stock (Completely fine) however they will not order it unless I go in person to the store and refused to see if any other locations have it. The associates are very rude and we’re more than unhelpful. Highly recommend ordering through the brand retailer instead of this store! Save your time and money! 0/5 stars
Everyone was nice. Which i was satisfied with. But there is no excuse for having someone pay for an item at your store, saying it will be ready in 4 hours, and when they come to pick it up they don’t have it in stock. I would have ordered the shoes online if I had known they didn’t have them. Now I have to wait 2-3 days for a refund.nthis is bad business. they need to figure out how to handle online sales. probably the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with a store.nI didn’t want a refund. I wanted my damn shoes. If you didn’t have them, it should have said that on the website.
