Excellent service..... And a nice pair of shoes.
I already have posted this. Great experience at Rockport shoe store at Baybrook Mall. Steve who was the manager was so helpful, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and I felt very appreciative of his help and time he spent looking for the shoes I was looking for. You have an excellent employee. For me it was a very good visit.
Im a Sales Director in the Car business and I'll tell you this, they have the best staff that is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Family owned and I have been doing business with them for several years. Incredible Staff. They got me out in 15 min. I will always go back for my shoes.

Best shoe experience I've ever had! My job requires me to where business casual. I've been searching for a nice, comfortable, durable pair of dress shoes. The guy working there got me exactly what I needed. They were able to answer all my questions and got me a great deal on a pair of brown and black shoes. They also carry some of the best socks I've ever worn. I picked up two pair.
