Horrible experience in this store!!!! lazy salespeople that are on their cell phones the whole time. They only do email receipts so if you never got the email sales receipt or they miss spelled your email you are screwed you can't even get store credit ! Then they have 2 employees that closed the store down for one hour to both go on lunch at the same time ! Do not buy here worst shopping experience ever !!!
Be careful with their return policy after 60 days. The employee worked super hard to help me find something. Unfortunately, I purchased high heel inserts that got left out of my bag. Their shoes run really small, too!
Great store with plenty of selections on shoes! They are not terribly priced, also very clean. I love the space to walk be able to walk around comfortably. Staff was also kind and respectful, would definitely recommend.
Worst service ever. Had a scratch on the bottom of the shoe. Only tried them on once which WAS IN STORE MAY I ADD. And was told I couldn’t return them. The shoes are cheap material. The lady tried to make it seem like I was wrong for returning the shoes. Don’t buy from here.
