Thoroughly enjoyed our first experience for a Sunday lunch. The live music added a pleasant ambiance. Oysters Spinach Madeline and Cajun Deviled Eggs were outstanding starters. Seafood Gumbo and Chicken & Sausage Gumbo had excellent roux and taste. Mufaletta with the thickest and best I've eaten (accompanied by onion rings). Great service and enjoyable restaurant atmosphere for a family or group dining experience. One of our new favorite restaurants.

What a great place! The food here is very good, the ambiance is warm and inviting. The staff is fun, friendly and attentive. The drinks are great and the price is right! Updated::::: I love this place! Best Cajun food around!nnThis was our first time here, despite it being busy we only had a 15 min wait for party of two. I love the decor in the restaurant. The oysters we ordered for an appetizer were delicious! I ordered that special, red fish over Jambalaya with a cream sauce and asparagus.. I loved it! My boyfriend ordered something call shrimp piquant (Blackened shrimp smothered in a traditional piquant sauce with sautéed peppers and onions. Served over a bed of fluffy white rice.) .. I don't feel like it had a sauce at all with it and the flavor was very plain. Not gross, just not something we would order again. First time trying piquant sauce so not sure if it was just us not liking it or it just wasn't' great..We had two drinks each.. before a tip it was 100 bucks. I didn't think that was to bad. We will definitely go back.nWE have been back several times.. delicious!

Nothing short of amazing food and service! Our server was very attentive even with it being jam packed on Valentine’s Day. Beautiful live music could be heard through the restaurant. I’m assuming this is normal for the special day. We ordered the crab cakes and let me tell you, the melted in my mouth. Absolutely delicious. Due to the freezing weather we then ordered the gumbo and crab bisque. Which was promptly given quickly and again absolutely divine.nOur server was so amazing and helpful when choosing our selection. Her name was Teddy and will be requesting her when we return!nGentleman! Take your ladies and go! She will love the atmosphere, the food and drinks.

Fantastic seafood and a taste from New Orleans! Start with a Shrimp Stanwood: a platter of perfectly fried shrimp with tarter/cocktail sauces to dip (but in my opinion they don’t need to be dipped at all!) Follow it up with a seafood special and end with their chocolate cheesecake-cake that is perfectly rich and compliments the meal wonderfully.
