It was nice and clean. I have fish so I can only talk about the fish area. There were a few dead fish floating around in the tanks and I saw some pest snails in the live plants. I still give them a 4 star bc they do price matching with their online price right there at the counter. It always saves me $5-$10 every trip!
This is for the guy in the fish section..my husband goes in there with lots of questions and needing help with maintaining his tank. The gentleman is always and I means always no nice and patient and helpful! I would like him to be recognized as a exceptionally great employee of the company and he should be recognized!
I love this petco, I visit here a lot. I wonderful lady named Gabby works there that always helps me and is so knowledgeable and fun to visit with. I had a new lady help me the other day and she was just amazing and so sweet, helping me out. Everyone here is just so personable and outgoing. Great job yall! Keep up the good work! You are awesome!
Today was the first time getting my dog groomed at petco in Rosenberg.ni was so pleased with Amanda(groomer) she was so sweet and Penelope looks great. We will go back again.
i work nearby so i’m always visiting this location to purchase items for my pets. the employees are always extremely nice and helpful, and i’m a bit disappointed with myself for never remembering their names, because they definitely deserve shout outs!! thank y’all for the awesome customer service!
