This bank is run by bunch of desi crooks to steal your money. Stay away there is nothing good about this bank. Outrageous fees, horrible customer service not worth it.
I do all my banking online but today I went in for a nsf adjustment which was an error on my part due to a typo. Bank manager Oawiz let me deposit the difference and waived my fee. Friendly branch.
I opened a checking account a few days ago and the only banker who works there told me they were leaving for the day it was around 2:00pm central time. She notify the branch manager to open my account and he did but he messed up on the first time opening the account when adding too many numbers when I was trying to make my first deposit. Now a few days later I just did my tax return and I was enrolling into online banking and the customer service person just informed me that the account number had to many numbers with it and told me the correct account number. I'm super furious with this whole situation because now I don't know where my taxes are going because the branch manager did not know how to open a regular account.
