I have business accountnI went to deposit the money and also do wire too. The employee told me he doesn’t have time and can not do it. So i had to go outside and deposit my money through the ATM drive through. Unbelievable and not professional. The only reason i had to go this location is it close to me otherwise it is one the terrible locations of Bank America.

The manager was so friendly and helpful, even the security man was so nice. However, the teller woman made me so upset. I changed a coin many times here and always it came out with a box so I thought I didn’t need to bring my own container. That’s my fault but i asked her could she help me to get a coins box or something but the answer was they didn’t have any even she had a lot of empty coins box behind her. I was so surprised how can I carry 250$ of coins to my store. I won’t comeback here because of comparing with Chases they are better off. However, all others is very nice, hope it won’t happen again to anyone.

This review is for two years ago experience. I been with BOA customer since I was 16 years old. Twenty years later I finally able to save up enough money to buy a house. Of course, first place I go to is my bank to get a loan to buy my house. At first everyone is polite, willing to help. After preapproved that’s when everything goes downhill. The process is unbelievable long and complicaten, First BOA agent are hard to get in touch, since she works at multiple location office. Also inspection from BOA is unreliable. After all the application fees and month of process, they finally decide not to loan me the money, the only reason they give me “the house is too old”. By the way this was 1980’s build house. I close my account after the horrible process and take my business to Chase. Chase took care me including setup new bank account, ran my purchase process, for less than two weeks, Chase got my loan for the house.

Scammers they call us after 6 months about wrong deposit was made more than 5 months ago by the teller and we didn’t agree about that because it’s been more than 90 days why you calling us now for mistakes happen by your teller , now we we’ll close this account and start law case with our attorney regarding this problem.
