Sad to report that the lady working in the store today was very rude. Employee in the store did not acknowledge me when I entered the store and didn’t even look at me when I walked out the store. She was too busy having a personal conversation with a customer. Sometimes I wonder, what does one gain in being rude. Is being rude, the norm now? If so, J Crew you have successfully achieved your goal.

Well what can I say that everyone doesn't already know about J.Crew. Best stretch short period. Got one in every color. Their Legacy West location is fantastic and they have the best customer service reps.
Definately service was a 10! The added bonus was 40% off sale on everything in the store. The staff helped order the correct sizes which we received the sale price. It was a Win -Win.
Nice location. Nice staff. Clothes selection, meh. I hate shopping online and they don't offer free shipping so I'll skip in case it doesn't work out.
